2020 was an emotional year for all of us and 2021 doesn't seem to have kicked off much differently. Almost daily people are telling us that they are wanting to leave social media platforms like Facebook because the anger and hatred. I can't say that I blame them.
I think everyone needs tools to keep their mind and heart healthy. Sometimes we allow our heart to get so disconnected to our mind that we feel lonely, empty, and anxious.
During the month of January, we offered a challenge to our Revolution Oils, Young Living members to try using 31 drops of essential oils topically on their skin. The results have been nothing short of amazing. Member after member has shared with us how this challenge has helped them feel calmer, relaxed and more grounded.
After all, essential oils are from the plants of the earth. Smells traditionally have brought us to places of peace and rest. The smell of grandma baking cookies may have helped you feel comfort or flowers in the garden may have helped you feel at rest.
One of my favorite essential oil collections is the Young Living Feelings Kit Collection. It contains incredible member favorite blends like Valor, Harmony, Forgiveness, Release, Present Time and Inner Child. For years, these essential oil blends have helped myself our members cope with difficult situations and environmental stressors.
There isn't a protocol that comes in the box for the feelings kit collection, but you better believe that D. Gary Young had one.
All these oils can be used separately and they can be diffused and applied to the skin, but I've found that using the daily protocol is the golden ticket.
What is the best way to use this collection?
Remember this, each oil works differently to release the things that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential.
Use these oils daily twice a day (morning and night) to really see a difference until they are gone. Many of these blends can be purchased separately, so if you find yourself really drawn to a blend then it might be a good idea to apply it more regularly.
And, remember, if you feel like crying, cry. If you feel like laughing, laugh. Emotional healing comes with being safely release feelings without feeling judged.
Valor: This is one of my favorites. Valor is known to invoke feelings courage and support the pineal gland. Add a drop to the soles of your feet.
Then use this affirmation, "I am confident and secure of who I am." "I am walking forward in my purpose."
Harmony: This blend is designed to bring Harmony to the body and mind. You can apply a drop of harmony to each of the seven energy centers of the body which is your tail bone, 2 inches above the belly button, 2 inches below the belly button, over the heart, over the throat, the center of the forehead, and crown of the head.
